When I contact their so called 'cust service' via chat or whatsapp (which I thought was clever) they say i need to pay .42 btc (crazy) for card. No mention of fees when I signed up. The website started in September 2020, and is taking peoples money. The original company went under years ago, these people are not the same ones. They are taking you for your hard earned money.
