Не оконный завод, а оконный развод!
Личностью свою раскрывать не хочу, т.к. это не завод а полукриминальная организация по отмыванию денег. Во всех моих словах можете убедиться лично, хотя бы попросите компанию «первый оконный завод» показать их производство. Не покажут, потому что его попросту несуществует!
Если можно так сказать то «трудился » в компании «Первый оконный завод» 2 месяцев. Работой это назвать сложно, потому что:
1. Никакого завода вовсе нет, просто перекупы и соответсвенно ни о каком качестве производства и трудовой культуре и речи идти не может. Лишь бы продать по дороже, ничего не закупая дешевле. Понабрали заказов а ставить окна никто не собирается — это финансовая пирамида котрая вот вот захлопнется (как оказывается уже было не раз). Решение уволиться принял когда увидел скидки по 70% на их сайте и то что в августе только начинают частично выполнять заказы сделавших заказ еще в мае, и то лишь тех кто жалуется.
2. Вся зп в черную и часть персонала находится там для галочки, лишь бы у налоговой пройти проверку. И платят копейки с задержкой 2-3 недели, у них это норма.
Не устраивайтесь в эту компанию и не заказывайте там ничего — она вот вот высосет все деньги и закроется, будете потом ходить доказывать что вы честный человек!
Не могу сказать в какую оконную компанию лучше устраиваться или обращаться, но то что не в так называемый «первый оконный завод» это точно.
Если мой отзыв читают сотрудники правохранительных отзывов — займитесь проверкой их деятельности, там что то не чистое 100%.
