И тут вопрос, у ROG STRIX B560-E GAMING WIFI 8+4 PIN питание процессора а у А материнки 4+4 pin и тут вопрос, для чего нужен 8+4 pin и если я запитаю только 8 пин а 4 пин не стану тк блок питания имеет только 4+4 пон то что будет?

Питание вообще в принципе не обязательно подключать, это заговор электроснабжающих организаций чтобы выкачивать деньги из населения

Все запустится, но при разгоне(авто или ручной) процессора могут быть проблемы. Опять же надо смотреть чтт за процессор. Недавно клиенту собирал 13600кф и мси з690 (8+8)
На одном 8пин все работает и при турбобусте и в обычном использовании.
Карточка 3070 была.

Ну мне на i5 10400f сейчас стоит 4+4 пин (вместе 8 пин), хватает с турбобустом, тут просто больше вопрос обязательно ли на материнке подклбчать все 8+4 или можно 8 пин подключить и будет все работать

Все будет работать. Я просто описал недельной давности ситуацию, когда полную нагрузку вытащил 8пин один.
Так что можно не переживать. Наверное для 9 ядерных моделей с разгоном памяти и обилием быстрого кэша — надо, иначе будут проблемы. Масс-маркет тянет и так.

Будет работать на всех процах, редко бывает у некоторых мп что если 4пин (или на таких часто уже 2 по 8 пин стоит) не подключить то мп задаст лимиты потребления чуть ниже. Но обычно с обычными процами вплоть до i9 к версий хватит и просто 8 пинов. Проблемы могут быть только при жестком разгоне, но зачем он нужен на современных процах?

Обычно на мат.платах (в отличие от видеокарт) порты питания процессора запараллелены (желательно проверять datasheet или внимательно изучить обзоры), поэтому можно не переживать даже с разгоном. Один 8PIN кабель даже с 18AWG кабелями через себя спокойно 300-400Вт проведет на 45см длине, если сделан качественно.
