What does it mean? Not a clue. There is no context available for the value reported from the chip. It is purported to represent how leaky the transitors are, but even that lacks a way to quantify against the value reported.
People are sharing their results. I figure we can join in on the fun.
To access the feature right click on the green adapter card icon in the title name bar of the GPU-Z program. With the context menu now open you should be able to find the ASIC Quality option. If that’s unclear here is a picture:

ASIC quality might be a bit of a misnomer. So far it looks like its a mixture of at least two metrics, one being lithographic clarity (chip quality) and the other being transistor leakage. The leakier your GPU, the better it’ll clock, but the more voltage it’ll need to do it, and the more voltage your chip dumps as heat.

Just judging from the *entirely* informal reading/collating I’m doing, it looks like the overclocking sweet spot is between 60% and 80% for Nvidia cards. Lower than that, the chip quality is iffy and leakage is insane. Mostly seeing very low percentages on downbinned SKUs, too, like the GTX465 and 470 from GTX480, and the GTX560Ti448 and GTX570 from GTX580.
The very high quality numbers correspond to late runs, I have a 100%+ GTX460 that was made recently, and all the other 100%+ cards I’ve seen were late in the production cycle.
My OCing seems average to good, but not exceptional, my stock voltages are very low, and my heat is pretty much the same at stock or high OC, and doesn’t rise sharply when I overvolt.

My GTX460 that I bought for a uATX rig weighs in at a hefty 125.1%. Which just sounds impressive. I hope a higher percentage is better.
It’s a newer GTX460 that I bought in December for a 2500K/Maximus IV-Gene Z travel rig.

It’s a newer GTX460 that I bought in December for a 2500K/Maximus IV-Gene Z travel rig.
I think that might be a new record. I think the highest I’d seen until now was about 116-118%

I think that might be a new record. I think the highest I’d seen until now was about 116-118%
It’s a base model EVGA too. I don’t even think the warranty is one year on those models.

VCore is a pretty typical .975V, it does overclock fairly poorly though 820MHz. So that could be indicative of the lower quality ASIC.
Counter intuitively, it does run extremely cool however compared to results I’ve seen around the internet. This is tough to compare though, likely more indicative of case ambient temperature and stock cooling on specific cards then anything else though.
Still, even during the heart of summer my card was running much cooler then I’d have expected.

At 102%< I default to 0.9325V at max 3D, much less at idle. Clocked to 800 core effortlessly, did 850 unstable. Flash SSC, got 850 solid with 0.95V 3D. Can do more, but temps ramp sharply at even 0.95V.

4 Способ. По дате выпуска (серийному номеру)
Кроме обозначения модели у каждой видеокарты есть серийный номер, по которому можно определить дату выпуска данной видеокарты. Обозначение даты выпуска для каждого производителя в серийном номере так же отличается и не имеет единой системы. Поэтому для каждого производителя рассмотрим обозначение дат в серийных номерах отдельно.
Т.к. модели LHR стали выпускаться только в конце мая 2021 года (22 неделя) поэтому все видеокарты выпущенные до этой даты не имеют ограничений в майнинге. А если дата выпуска конец мая 2021 года и позже, то видеокарта возможно будет иметь эти ограничения. И если нету никаких других признаков по которым можно определить LHR это видеокарта или нет. То единственно верный вариант это узнать — это установить видеокарту в компьютер и запустить майнинг на алгоритме Dagger Hashimoto (Ethereum) или проверить GPU-ID.
Параметры графического устройства в GPU-Z
В утилите имеются следующие вкладки: «Sensors», «Graphic Card» и «Validation». Вверху справа расположены 2 кнопки, с помощью которых возможно создание скриншотов окошек утилиты и настройка.
Как только программа загрузится, откроется окошко утилиты TechPowerUp GPU-Z вкладка «Graphics Card». Она продемонстрирует пользователю всю информацию о видеоустройстве ПК.

Если, например, на вашем ПК установлено графическое устройство от NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti, в этом окошке будут отображены все основные технические характеристики данного устройства: название, тип процессора, ревизия, техпроцесс, по которому был изготовлен, размер шины, частотность и тип запоминающего устройства, идентификатор устройства (частотность процессора, Device ID и др.)
Чтобы перевести сведения, содержащиеся в GPU-Z, на русский язык, нужно подвести курсор мышки к тому значению параметра, которое указано программой. Далее откроется окошко, содержащее разъяснения данных этого параметра.
Ниже в окошке утилиты отображаются виды технологий, поддерживаемые используемой видеокартой: CUDA, OpenCL, DirectCompute 5.0, PhysX,.
Если нажать на кнопку «Lookup», на ресурсе TechPowerUp откроется специальная веб-страница, где можно увидеть характеристики вашей видеокарты во всех подробностях.
Если установлено несколько видеоадаптеров
Если же на ПК установлены несколько видеоадаптеров, то у утилиты GPU-Z есть возможность переключаться между этими видеоустройствами для просмотра сведений о каждом из них. Информация выводится в нижней части окошка.
Например, на вашем ПК установлена интегрированная графика (Intel HD Graphics 4400), которая встроена в матплату (Gigabyte).
В окошке утилиты можно будет увидеть все данные об интегрированном ядре Intel и всех поддерживаемых им технологических процессах.
Вкладка «Sensors»
Вкладка «Sensors» показывает информацию с датчиков в настоящем времени: частотность видеопамяти, частотность графического ускорителя, его температура, число оборотов вентилятора (кулера) и т.д.
Вкладка «Validation»
Перейдя на вкладку «Validation», пользователь сможет зарегистрироваться, чтобы получить личный идентификатор.
3 Способ. По обозначению модели
Все видеокарты в зависимости от модели и производителя имеют свой уникальный номер или код продукта. У каждой компании в этом отношении свои правила по обозначению различных моделей видеокарт и их исполнения.
Эти обозначения всегда можно посмотреть на коробке от видеокарты или на самой видеокарте, так же обозначение кода продукта часто указывается на сайтах компьютерных магазинов.
С выходом LHR модификаций все производители выпустили новые ревизии видеокарт, что отразилось в их обозначении:
ASUS — отмечает LHR версии видеокарт индексом V2
Gigabyte — маркирует LHR видеокарты как Rev. 2.0
MSI, Zotac— пишут просто и понятно LHR
Palit, Gainward — маркирует LHR видеокарты суффиксом V1
EVGA — код модели LHR заканчивается буквами KL
KFA2 — код модели LHR заканчивается на KCK
Inno3D — код LHR заканчивается на H
Стоит отметить, что у компаний, которые не прямо указывают LHR в обозначении моделей (ASUS, Gigabyte, Palit, Gainward) под новыми индексами может скрываться как старые GPU без блокировки, так и новые с LHR, но шанс получить видеокарту с LHR у которой указано, что это 2 или 3 ревизия — гораздо больше.
Определение даты выпуска видеокарт Nvidia по серийному номеру
Серийный номер компании ASUS: M2N0CX00Y276001
где M2 это 2021 год (M) 2- месяц февраль. 2020 год обозначается буквой L, месяца с января по сентябрь цифрами с 1 до 9, А — октябрь, B- ноябрь, С- декабрь.
Серийный номер компании Gigabyte: SN212541020415
где 2125 это 21 год и 25 неделя. Поэтому с большой вероятностью это видеокарта будет с LHR.
Серийный номер компании Palit: BO200154221
где O20 это месяц October (O) и 20 год. Это карта без LHR, т.к. выпущена еще в 2020 году. Месяца у Palit обозначаются с января по сентябрь цифрами с 1 до 9, а далее буквами O — октябрь, N-Ноябрь и D — декабрь.
Серийный номер компании MSI: 602-V389-143SB2106000014
где 2106 это 21 год 6 месяц
Для видеокарт Zotac, EVGA, KFA2 и Inno3D мы не нашли информации как определить по серийному номеру дату производства. Если у Вас есть такая информация, то поделитесь ею с нами в телеграм чате Cryptoage.
2 Способ. По GPU ID
Это самый надежный способ проверки на наличие LHR в видеокарте компании Nvidia, но для этого необходимо проверяемую видеокарту установить в компьютер и запустить программу СPU-Z или аналогичную в которой есть возможность узнать GPU ID видеокарты.
Понятно, что при покупке видеокарты под заказ или в интернет магазине такой возможности у Вас точне не будет, поэтому такой способ больше подойдет при покупке видеокарт на вторичном рынке или в местном магазине у которого можно вернуть товар в первые дни после покупки.
Как узнать ASIC quality в GPU-Z?
ASIC quality – это специальная функция, демонстрирующая качество вашего процессора, присутствует в контекстном меню.
Чтобы посмотреть значение ASIC quality, нужно щелкнуть правой кнопкой мышки по заголовку окошка. Создана данная функция именно для видеокарт Nvidia Fermi, Southern Islands.
ASIC quality позволяет оценить качество ГПУ в процентах, данные которой основываются на сведениях об утечках электричества.
