Proof of Safemoon $SFM2.0 contract store the buy and sell taxes in native ($SFM2.0).
This savings are accumulated until a sell of one of the holders occurs. This is called Maximum Performance Protocol.
When this happens, the interaction of contracts that SFM2.0 has implemented is activated, swapping 50% of the part of tokens corresponding to V2-LP for ETH and injecting it into the liquidity.
In the same Txn the interaction of contracts make the swap to USDC and send it to the Reflex Dividend Router, that is the contract who share it between holders according them % of supply. In this example we can see the reception of the Tax Savings swapped to USDC in the router, and making the reflection of dividends.
Maximum Performance Protocol
Here is where the Maximum Performance Protocol work to give the max USDC profit to holders, this is why after many buys, in the first sell the interaction of contracts and swapping occurs, making that swaps at high prices of rally's. Unlike when the contracts make the transformation in each txn, SFM2.0 grants a greater amount of USDC for its holders.
This accumulation means that the first seller needs to occupy a greater slippage to favor the entire community. However, there is a way to return the sell slippage to its initial percentage by making a small transfer of $SFM2.0 to activate the contracts interaction.
Smart Double Burning method
One of the main innovations in the use and of the contract is the Smart Double Burning.
After analyzing the characteristics and internal processes of the existing tokens in the market, it was possible to conclude that the burning of LPs does not favor the holders, since it does not contribute to generating a real and significant floor, because the LP that is being burned means 50% ETH and 50% Native Token, leaving everything in the same position.
Therefore, in SFM2.0 we have innovated by creating a new method that uses the automated LP burning function to burns twice the native token, and injects twice as much ETH into the liquidity, thus creating a price floor that significantly increases 2X speed.
In the process of contract interaction, the auto LP burn function, instead of sending it to a dead wallet, transfers it to the “Smart Double Burning” wallet, where after accumulating a certain amount, it is withdrawn (remove) from the liquidity pool.
