Упаковка и комплектация
Видеокарта MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super Ventus GP OC относится к начальным решениям среднего уровня, поэтому её упаковка без налёта премиальности. Оформление коробки у всех четырёх модификаций серии Ventus очень похоже визуально и различия сводятся только к наличию значков GP Edition и OC.
С обратной стороны коробки традиционно уделено внимание основным конкурентным преимуществам модели: патентованным вентиляторам TORX FAN 2.0, эффективной системе охлаждения и наличию бэкплейта. Всё описание выполнено только на английском языке.
Под тонкой декоративной оболочкой спрятана ещё одна коробка черного цвета из более толстого картона. В ней в привычной подложке из толстого слоя вспененного материала покоится сама видеокарта.
Комплектация сводится к небольшой брошюре с руководством пользователя и благодарственной карточке, упакованных в стильный конверт черного цвета с логотипом MSI. В целях снижения издержек производства и конечной цены продукта от бесполезной макулатуры можно было бы и отказаться.
Внешний вид и дизайн
Видеокарта рассчитана на установку в среднебюджетные игровые сборки, поэтому имеет относительно небольшие габариты, позволяющие установить её в большинстве корпусов ПК типа middle-tower (средняя башня). Дизайн декоративного кожуха системы охлаждения достаточно приятный. Комбинация серого металлика и чёрного цвета в оформлении универсальна и будет хорошо сочетаться с другими расцветками комплектующих. Модной светодиодной подсветки в данной модели нет.
Обратная сторона видеокарты закрыта аккуратным пластиковым бэкплейтом черного цвета с небольшими белыми орнаментными рисунками и логотипом MSI. Фактически он играет больше декоративную роль. Наклейка с моделью и серийным номером аккуратно приклеена на нём в верхнем углу и будет видна через прозрачные стенки корпусов.
Бэкплейт закрывает только печатную плату, поэтому с края остаётся видна часть радиатора и одна из трубок системы охлаждения.На одном из крепёжных винтов радиатора находится заводская гарантийная наклейка. Однако для чистки от пыли нарушать её не придётся: пластиковый кожух с вентиляторами держится четырьмя маленькими винтами по бокам (по два сверху и снизу) и снимается отдельно.
MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER Ventus GP OC имеет относительно невысокую систему охлаждения, занимающую всего два стандартных слота расширения. Общие габариты видеокарты укладываются в 23 x 12,7 x 4,1 см.
Для вывода изображения доступны четыре разъёма: три DisplayPort версии 1.4 и один HDMI версии 2.0b. Они выстроены в нижний ряд планки слотов расширения, оставляя сверху место под вентиляционные отверстия. Возможно одновременное подключение до четырёх мониторов или других совместимых устройств отображения.
Видеокарта обладает умеренным аппетитом в части энергопотребления, поэтому для работы достаточно одного восьмиконтактного разъёма дополнительного питания.
Система охлаждения и печатная плата
Учитывая относительно небольшое тепловыделение видеокарты, даже с учетом слегка увеличенного заводскими настройками лимита потребления, для тихой работы хватило радиатора длиной 205 мм и шириной 85 мм, а также двух вентиляторов, постоянно работающих в активном режиме.
Используются 86-мм Power Logic PLD09210S12HH (TORX Fan 2.0) с комбинированными дисперсионными и обычными лопастями. Подключены через один разъём и работают синхронно. Хорошо зарекомендовали себя по более ранним модификациям видеокарт MSI.
Радиатор системы охлаждения представляет собой одну большую секцию из 44 фигурных алюминиевых пластин, пронизанных зонально четырьмя медными тепловыми трубками диаметром 6 мм. Соприкосновение с кристаллом графического процессора по технологии прямого контакта. Трубки опрессованы алюминиевым основанием, которое в том числе отводит тепло от нескольких микросхем памяти через термопрокладки. Последние по площади заметно меньше самих чипов.
Термопаста по консистенции очень густая. При снятии системы охлаждения и повторной установке её придётся обязательно заменить, разровнять излишки не получится.
Плата промаркирована как 2V375-2.1. Система питания организована по схеме пять фаз питания GPU плюс две фазы питания памяти. Мосфеты NCP 302045-GPV, охлаждаемые отдельным небольшим низкопрофильным радиатором, управляются контроллерами ON Semiconductor NCP81610 и UPI uP1666Q, контроль напряжений и токов лежит на NCP45491.
Массив видеопамяти общим объёмом 8 ГБ набран восемью GDDR6 микросхемами Micron с маркировкой 9PA77 D9WCW. Графический чип — NVidia TU106-410-A1.

Работа на заводских частотах
Тестируемая модель видеокарты MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER Ventus с приписками GP и OC получила небольшой заводской разгон графического процессора, который в Boost-режиме работает на частоте до 1665 МГц, и повышенный — до 184 Вт Power Limit.
Память штатно работает на частоте до 1750 МГц (эффективная — 14000 МГц). Температурное ограничение для начала троттлинга — 83 °C (максимум — 88 °C).
Нагрев и шум
Система охлаждения настроена на тихую работу. В простое вентиляторы вращаются на скорости около 1000 оборотов в минуту (29%). В ходе стресс-теста Furmark 1.21.0.0 они не поднимали скорость выше 1950 оборотов в минуту. При этом графический процессор нагревался до температуры 73 °C (температура в помещении — 28 °C).
Задел, причём немалый, на более горячую обстановку в летний период есть, так как если вручную поднять обороты вентиляторов на максимум, то в том же тесте температура GPU падает до 63 °C.
Измеренный прибором Актаком АТЕ-9015 уровень шума с расстояния 1 метр в помещении с фоном менее 30 дБА при автоматическом управлении вентиляторами не превысил 35,2 дБА при 1850 оборотах в минуту. При ручном включении вентиляторов на максимальные 3400 оборотов в минуту уровень шума достигает 49,3 дБА. Паразитного звука дросселей не замечено.
Разгон
Оптимизация настроек частоты GPU и напряжения питания с помощью автоматической процедуры OC Scanner в программе MSI Afterburner 4.6.2 для данной видеокарты даёт положительный эффект.
На примере нескольких тестов в 3DMark прирост от такого «разгона» — до 3% производительности в синтетике, как с использованием трассировки лучей, так и без.
В ручном режиме подобранный стабильный режим — GPU +130 МГц, память +850 МГц (эффективная частота).
Влияния на нагрев это не даёт, а в производительности выигрывается около 4%.
Потребление энергии
В простое видеокарта MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER Ventus GP OC потребляет около 11 Вт. По показаниям программы HWiNFO64 6.20 в стресс-тестах и играх значение параметра GPU Power периодами достигает 185 Вт. Весь тестовый стенд из розетки при этом потребляет до 340 Вт, поэтому рекомендованная производителем мощность блока питания ПК в 550 Вт будет достаточной даже с учетом небольшого запаса и КПД недорогих экземпляров.
Оценка в синтетических тестах
Тесты в играх
В сравнении с видеокартами, протестированными ранее на этом же стенде, RTX 2060 SUPER демонстрирует результаты, чётко укладывающиеся в позиционирование между обычным RTX 2060 и RTX 2070. В самом распространённом разрешении Full HD (1920 x 1080 точек) производительности хватает для поддержания комфортного fps на максимальных настройках графики. Даже при переходе на разрешение 2К (2560 x 1080 точек) идти на уступки по качеству текстур и сглаживания практически не придётся. Для разрешения 4К (3480 х 2160 точек) в последних игровых проектах ААА-класса уже потребуется балансировать на уровне средних и низких настроек.
Потенциал в майнинге
С точки зрения майнинга видеокарта не представляет значимого интереса, по крайней мере при курсах криптовалют на момент публикации обзора. Ниже приведены результаты бенчмарка разных алгоритмов в NiceHash Miner 1.9.2.20.
Заключение
Система охлаждения видеокарты настроена на тихую работу, а цепи питания не имеют паразитных звуков дросселей, поэтому она не будет особо отвлекать шумом вентиляторов даже при настольном размещении системного блока. Разгонный потенциал невелик, но после непродолжительных экспериментов позволяет выжать 3-4% дополнительной производительности, что пригодится в разрешении 2К или в играх с поддержкой трассировки лучей в реальном времени. Для 4К-гейминга RTX 2060 SUPER слабоват, разве что идти на серьёзные компромиссы по качеству графики, снижая настройки до средних и низких значений. MSI GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER Ventus GP OC — хороший выбор для тех, кто не гонится за интегрированной RGB-подсветкой, запредельным FPS и играет в разрешении Full HD на максимальных настройках.

Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super — мощное решение для геймеров, желающих получить высокий FPS в современных играх. Видеокарта является младшей моделью в серии RTX Super, но за свою стоимость предоставляет неплохую производительность и функционал, сравнимый с RTX 2070, позволяя комфортно играть в разрешениях Full-HD, Quad HD и в 4K с некоторыми оговорками.

В частности, фирма KFA2 предоставляет только 24 месяца гарантии на свой продукт, тогда как большинство других компаний дают 36 месяцев. Еще один немаловажный факт — видеокарта нехило нагревается. В требовательных играх температура может варьироваться от 70 до 80 градусов.
В остальном видеокарта справляется со своими задачами на 100 %. Поэтому, если хочется потратить минимум средств и получить отличную «рабочую лошадку» для гейминга в высоком разрешении, то KFA2 GeForce RTX 2060 Super (1-Click OC) будет оптимальным выбором.

Пятое место заняла видеокарта GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2060 Super WINDFORCE OC. Она оснащена системой охлаждения WINDFORCE, имеющей два вентилятора и медные тепловые трубки в основании радиатора. Также есть бекплейт, но он пластиковый, а потому рассчитывать на дополнительный отвод тепла от платы не стоит. В нагрузке видеокарта показывает примерно те же результаты по температурам, как и KFA2 GeForce RTX 2060 Super (1-Click OC), но имеет 36 месяцев гарантии, что внушает несколько больше доверия.

Palit GeForce RTX 2060 Super Dual, так же как и две предыдущие, оснащена системой охлаждения с двумя вентиляторами, при этом она самая короткая в списке — 235 мм. Это может пригодиться тем, у кого в корпусе не слишком много места, но есть желание приобрести RTX 2060 Super. Palit GeForce RTX 2060 SuperDual также имеет пластиковый бекплейт, но с охлаждением справляется несколько лучше предыдущих вариантов за счет фирменной утилиты Thunder Master. Утилита позволяет выставить нужную температуру за счет небольшого сброса частот чипа. К слову, видеокарта имеет DVI-D порт, что будет полезно тем пользователям, монитор которых не оборудован DisplayPort или HDMI.

Тройку лидеров открывает видеокарта MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super GAMING X. Линейка Gaming Xориентирована на игровые станции, поэтому имеет повышенные частоты «турбобуста» графического ядра (1695 МГц) и, естественно, одну из лучших систем охлаждения с металлическим бекплейтом.
На массивном радиаторе с никель-медными тепловыми трубками установлено два фирменных вентилятора TORX 3.0, которые не создают лишнего шума и способствуют ускорению воздушного потока, увеличивая эффективность охлаждения. Кроме того, сам радиатор имеет волнистую форму ребер, благодаря чему воздушный поток направляется прямо на тепловые трубки. В играх температуры редко поднимаются выше 75 градусов, а знакомая многим фирменная утилита MSI Afterburner позволяет также разогнать видеокарту по ядру и памяти, либо наоборот — снизить частоты или установить температурный предел, чтобы уменьшить нагрев компонентов.
Кроме того, на видеокарте присутствует подсветка, которая придется по вкусу любителям моддинга. Цвет подсветки можно настроить утилитой MSI Mystic Light.

«Серебро» получила еще одна карта от MSI — GeForce RTX 2060 Super VENTUS GP OC. У нее меньшая частота «турбобуста» частот ядра (1665 МГц), чем версия Gaming X, но и стоит несколько дешевле. Система охлаждения по конструкции схожа с той, которая используется в MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super GAMING X, но вместо TORX 3.0 установлены вентиляторы TORX 2.0. В совокупности с меньшей частотой «турбобуста» получаем относительно «холодную» видеокарту, но с более скромным внешним видом относительно предшественника.

Длина видеокарты составляет 280 мм. Этот фактор нужно учитывать перед покупкой, потому что модель может подойти не во все корпусы. between ROG strix and Aorus u mention above , which one do u suggest for gaming ?
I would go with the ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER OC edition.
If you choose to get one of the Budget cards, eg the mentioned Zotac card vs the Asus ROG Strix OC, How much can you generally oc the budget cards, and is it even worth the money to go with the often considerably more expensive factory oc’ed cards, considdering that modern Gfx cards can only keep the boost clock for fairly short spikes. I have had older Asus GTX 600 series cards that could be oc’ed roughly 10% before showing artifacts .. back down a bit and with an 8% OC I never really, even in the old days seemed to notice a difference in games, even you get a higher benchmark score. Often you seem to just get more stuttering in game, and risk shortening the lifespan of the card
Another thing I just found out .. where I live there is a wooping 6 US $ price difference from the mentioned Zotac to the Asus ROG Strix OC card from cheapest store, so propably not gonna worry about the Zotac model anyway
